I'm Lenisha Jackson-Miles, founder of Black Diamond Informative, entrepreneur and digital business strategist.
My journey into digital entrepreneurship came after more than two decades working in the beauty industry and operating my own business. That experience gave me something technology alone can't teach: an understanding of what it actually feels like to run a business, serve customers, manage the moving pieces and wear too many hats.
I transitioned from building businesses behind the chair to helping entrepreneurs build in the digital world.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of business, technology and strategy. I help entrepreneurs launch e-commerce brands, implement CRM and automation systems, leverage AI, create digital customer journeys and turn ideas into businesses that can operate more efficiently.
